Spandrel Panels
Supplied as fire rated and robust timber frame panels, made to the profile of the roof, Spandrel Panels remove the need to build up masonry party walls into the roof space, saving time on build programmes.
Our Spandrel Panels are constructed using 47x72mm TR26 grade timber and clad on both faces with 15mm Fermacell Wallboard.
Supplied with built-in lifting straps, Spandrel Panels are easily installed alongside the trusses to form a fully compliant dividing wall with no need for scaffolding.
Gable Panels
Gable Panels are factory-produced, prefabricated timber frame panels designed to form the gable ends of a building, providing a modern, efficient alternative to traditional brick and block gable ends.
Designed to meet UK Building Regulations and precisely match the roof profile, Gable Panels are installed alongside the trusses. By eliminating the need for scaffolding and simplifying the sequencing of other trades, they help reduce on-site costs while significantly enhancing Health & Safety procedures.
